Kami, Raze, band bergenre Metalcore asal Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat, menyampaikan penolakan terhadap RUU Permusikan yang sedang didiskusikan oleh DPR RI yang mana adalah perpanjangan tangan semua masyarakat Indonesia.

Standarisasi musik dan orang-orang yang bergerak di dunia permusikan Indonesia, yang ada didalam beberapa pasal RUU Permusikan, merupakan pembatasan terhadap kreativitas para musisi dalam berkarya dan nantinya menghambat perkembangan musik Indonesia yang pada saat ini sedang bervariasi.

Untuk kompilasi ini, track "Voices" yang terdapat di mini album "So Repeat This Line" yang sudah kami rilis secara digital pada 26 Juli 2018 lalu, dipilih karena dirasa sesuai dengan fenomena yang terjadi. Pada liriknya menggambarkan perlawanan terhadap kebebasan yang dibelenggu, perjuangan untuk hidup meski dibatasi.
